How to choose the right size?

Choosing foil size (AXIS SES):

For beginners, the optimal wing size is 5 m². This size is large enough to work well in light wind, yet not so large that you're constantly dragging the tip in the water. A 5 m² wing enables easier starts and more stability while learning.
