1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone. Prices below are for standard shipping with VAT included. For all orders over €100, shipping is free, regardless of the destination.

2. Delivery Method
We deliver ordered products via contracted delivery services (GLS, DHL or Slovenian Post), depending on the destination and the type of parcel.
Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
We recommend entering an address where you are available during the morning hours, along with a mobile phone number, so the courier can notify you about the delivery or arrange a suitable delivery time.
After the package is dispatched, the delivery service sends the customer an email and/or SMS notification with the estimated delivery time and options to change the delivery date or address.
If preferred, the parcel can be redirected to another address, another date, or to a parcel locker / parcel shop for self-pickup.
3. In-Store Pickup
Customers may collect their order free of charge in person at our store:

Once the order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email.
In-store pickup is available during the store's opening hours, as published on our website.
At pickup, the order can be paid either in advance online or on-site by cash or card.
4. Delivery Time
Products that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is received or payment is completed (if payment by bank transfer is selected).
If a product is temporarily out of stock or if a delay occurs, the customer will be informed by email.
Delivery within Slovenia typically takes place on the next business day after dispatch (within 24–48 hours from collection by the delivery service). For international shipping, the delivery time varies depending on the destination and delivery service — typically 2–7 business days for EU destinations and 5–15 business days for other countries.
5. Cash on Delivery
If the customer chooses cash on delivery, the order amount is paid to the courier upon delivery.
Payment is possible by cash or card (if supported by the courier).
In the case of card payment, the delivery service may charge a bank fee in accordance with its price list.
Cash on delivery is available exclusively for orders within Slovenia.
6. Failed Delivery and Redelivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notification with details about the shipment.

7. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes determined by the destination country may apply.
These costs are borne by the customer and are charged directly by the customs authorities or the delivery service upon receipt of the shipment.
Bananaway has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
8. Additional Information
We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
During periods of increased delivery volume (e.g. holidays or promotional campaigns), short delivery delays may occur.
