SUP Mounts – Action Camera Mounts for Your Board and Paddle
SUP mounts are holders that attach an action camera to your paddle board or paddle, so you can film while keeping both hands on the paddle. Your camera stays firmly in place and won't end up in the water, and you can angle it to film yourself, the route ahead or your friends on the water. Most mounts use a GoPro-style fitting, so they also work with most other action cameras.

Camera Mounts for Your SUP Board
A camera on the board films you and the route ahead from a steady spot. The most secure option is a threaded insert, which some boards have on the nose: screw in the mount, turn the head and point the camera forward or back towards you. Before you buy, check the thread size on your board, as it varies between brands and model years.
Position the camera where you won't hit it with your paddle or step on it as you turn or sit down.
Adhesive SUP Mounts for Boards Without an Insert
If your board doesn't have a threaded insert, you can stick a mount on instead. An adhesive mount uses strong double-sided tape that bonds to PVC and other board, kayak and boat materials.
- Choose a flat spot you won't hit while paddling.
- Clean and degrease the surface so it's completely dry.
- Stick the mount on and press it down firmly for at least half a minute.
- Wait 24 hours before first use so the adhesive can cure.
Adhesive mounts are designed for lighter items such as a camera or a light.
Modular Quick-Release Mounts
A modular system has a base that stays on the board, and you click accessories in and out in a second. You can take your camera with you when you go ashore, and the board has nothing sticking out when you roll it into its bag. Screw the base into an insert or stick it on, then clip in a camera adapter whenever you need it.
Paddle and Bike Camera Mounts
Clamp the mount onto your paddle shaft or handle and use your camera like a selfie stick: stop, frame the shot or lift the paddle over your head for a group photo. The same mount also fits bike or motorbike handlebars, as the clamp grips tubes of roughly 20 to 28 mm. A non-slip pad inside the clamp keeps the mount in place and protects your paddle from scratches.
Your Phone and Drinks on a SUP
The safest place for your phone on a SUP is a waterproof phone pouch that you clip to the board or wear around your neck. Tuck a bottle or insulated flask under the bungee cords at the front of the board. You'll find replacement bungee cords in our SUP spare parts.
Adapters for Inflating and Deflating Your SUP

How to Care for Your SUP Mounts
After paddling in the sea, rinse mounts and adapters with fresh water so salt doesn't seize the swivel heads and threads. Remove the camera from the mount before you deflate and roll up the board. Don't remove an adhesive mount, as it can't be stuck back on once it's been taken off.
