SWOX hand sanitiser is built on ethyl alcohol (Alcohol denat.) at over 70% concentration, which is in line with World Health Organization recommendations for effective disinfection. The high alcohol concentration kills most bacteria and viruses within seconds.

To prevent the formula from drying out the skin, it is enriched with organic aloe vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water), sourced from organic plantations in the Algarve (Portugal). Aloe vera contains polysaccharides, vitamins and minerals that hydrate and regenerate the skin.
