Technology

The Onewheel Pint S is powered by Onewheel's 750W Hypercore brushless hub motor, built directly into the wheel. The brushless design ensures quiet operation, smooth torque delivery, and minimal maintenance.

The self-balancing system uses accelerometers and gyroscopes that adjust balance in real time based on rider lean. The result is intuitive control without a remote – lean forward to accelerate, lean back to brake.

The battery uses NMC (nickel-manganese-cobalt) cells with a capacity of 324 Wh, delivering consistent torque throughout the entire discharge cycle. The system supports regenerative braking – energy is returned to the battery during braking and downhill riding.

The Pint S also includes Haptic Buzz – a haptic warning system that alerts riders with vibrations and sound when approaching maximum speed, low battery, or torque overload. Combined with Pushback (gentle nose lift), this creates a dual-layer safety system.

The Lightbar LED on the front footpad sensor displays battery status, sensor status, and in-ride alerts.
