Super stretch neoprene that keeps its shape
The O’Neill Reactor II 2mm women’s short wetsuit in black is a great choice for a wide range of water activities in spring, summer and autumn. This short wetsuit is suitable for water temperatures between 18 and 20°C.
The suit is made from O’Neill’s Ultraflex DS neoprene, which is extremely stretchy and therefore very easy to put on. The material is so high quality that it will not stay stretched out even after repeated use.
Premium fit short wetsuit
O’Neill is known for its carefully designed wetsuit cuts. A precise fit is essential, as a wetsuit can only perform properly if it fits the body perfectly.
The O’Neill Reactor short wetsuit adapts very well to the body and creates a thin layer of water between your skin and the neoprene. Your body then warms this layer, keeping you comfortable in the water.
Back zip wetsuit for easy entry
The O’Neill Reactor women’s short wetsuit features a back zip, making it quick and easy to put on. A long pull cord on the zipper allows you to zip it up by yourself without assistance.
A Velcro closure at the top of the zipper secures the neck area and prevents cold water from flushing in through the back.
Smoothskin for wind protection
One of the key features of the O’Neill Reactor wetsuit is the smoothskin panels on the chest and back. These panels allow water to drain quickly and protect you from wind chill.
The smoothskin rubberized surface is placed on the most important areas – the chest and back – helping to keep your core warmer in windy conditions.
This short wetsuit is perfect for fun water sessions on warmer days. If you want to extend your season even further, a full-length wetsuit may be a better option.
Neoprene technology
Ultraflex DS is O’Neill’s super-stretch neoprene with an impressive 150% stretch factor. It features a durable outer lining that resists damage from Velcro, fingernails and everyday use.
Single lined Smoothskin neoprene is not covered with a fabric lining on the outside. This allows water to run off easily and provides significantly better wind protection compared to standard neoprene.
Smoothskin is an excellent functional material, but because it is slightly more sensitive to damage, it is used only in areas where flexibility is less critical.
