High-Quality Women’s Wetsuit for Transitional Seasons
The O’Neill Reactor 2 women’s 3/2 mm wetsuit is an excellent choice for water sports in moderate conditions. It performs well from spring through late autumn and is suitable for a wide range of activities such as SUP, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and swimming.
The wetsuit is made from a combination of O’Neill’s Ultraflex DS neoprene, which is highly stretchable and exceptionally comfortable, allowing natural movement and reducing fatigue during longer sessions.
A key feature of this long women’s wetsuit is the Smoothskin wind protection. Smoothskin panels on the chest and back allow water to run off quickly while shielding you from wind chill. By protecting the core areas of the body, the wetsuit helps maintain warmth where it matters most.
Easy Entry with Back Zip Design
The O’Neill Reactor 2 women’s 3/2 mm wetsuit features a back zip for quick and easy entry. During breaks, it can be unzipped and pulled down to the waist, allowing you to dry off and warm up in a poncho or jacket.
A long pull cord makes it easy to close the zipper independently, without assistance. A Velcro closure at the neck helps prevent water from flushing in through the back, improving comfort and thermal performance.
The O’Neill Reactor 2 long women’s wetsuit is available in black with distinctive pink sleeves and comes in five different sizes.
For colder winter conditions or if you tend to feel cold easily, a thicker wetsuit with a warmer inner lining may be a better choice.
Reactor 2 Neoprene Technology
Ultraflex DS is O’Neill’s super-stretch neoprene with a stretch factor of up to 150%. It features a durable outer layer that resists damage caused by Velcro or fingernails.
Single-lined Smoothskin neoprene on the exterior is not covered with a fabric lining, allowing water to drain quickly while providing superior wind protection compared to standard neoprene. Because Smoothskin is more sensitive to abrasion, it is used only in areas where flexibility is less critical.
