The O'Neill Bahia 2/1 is a women's short sleeve shorty for water of about 18 to 20 °C. It is made for summer days in hot places where the wind blows and you get cold on the water despite the sun.
2/1 means 2 mm on the torso and 1 mm on the arms and legs, so it is light and very flexible. For anyone who gets cold in the water quickly, it really feels like a warm swimsuit.
