The O'Neill Bahia neoprene leggings are 1.5 mm women's leggings made from stretchy UltraFlex neoprene. They keep your legs warm but wear like sports leggings, on a SUP, a surfboard or in the water.
The wide elastic waistband stays in place without digging in. The seam sits below the knee, so the back of the knee stays free when you squat or stand up on the board.
