The O'Neill Reactor 2 is a men's 1 mm short sleeve neoprene top for surfing, SUP, kitesurfing, wing foiling and swimming. It suits water around 21–25 °C.
You barely feel it on your skin, yet it keeps you warmer than a rash vest and blocks the wind as the air cools before sunset. A hem loop attaches to your boardshorts so it doesn't ride up.
