Lightweight Men's Impact Vest for Wakeboarding and Foiling
The O'Neill Outlaw is a men's impact vest for wakeboarders, waterskiers and foilers who want torso protection without extra weight.
Segmented NytroLite foam cushions impacts to the chest and back while the vest stays slim and flexible. The foam absorbs 15–20% less water than standard foam, so the Outlaw stays light after a fall.
Important: the Outlaw is a competition impact vest and is not certified as a buoyancy aid or life jacket.

Impact Vest vs Buoyancy Aid: What Is the Difference?
An impact vest like the Outlaw protects against impacts and keeps you mobile, but has no buoyancy certification. A 50N buoyancy aid is certified to EN ISO 12402-5 and is usually bulkier. Need both? Choose a 50N vest from our life jackets and buoyancy aids.
Material and Technology
The Outlaw is made from UltraFlex stretch neoprene with a NytroLite core, a nitrogen-expanded polyethylene foam up to 3x lighter than PVC foam. O'Neill competition vests are cut to fit snug.
