Thin Water Sports Gloves That Protect Your Palms from Blisters
The O'Neill Explore are 1mm water sports gloves for SUP, kayaking, kitesurfing and wing foiling. They protect your palms from chafing and blisters while your fingers stay fully functional.
Both the inside and outside are made of Fluid Foam neoprene, and the palm has suede inserts with a non-slip surface for a firm grip on a paddle, bar or wing handle.
When the first blisters show up after an hour of paddling, or your wet palm slides on the shaft, thin gloves are the simplest fix, without the feel of a thick winter glove.

Do the O'Neill Explore Gloves Keep Your Hands Warm?
Only slightly. The O'Neill Explore gloves are 1mm thick and built mainly for palm protection and grip. For cold water, choose 1.5mm or 3mm neoprene gloves with a thermal lining.
Care
After every session, rinse the gloves in cold fresh water, turn them inside out and dry them in the shade. O'Neill advises against hot water, direct sun, washing machines and tumble dryers, as heat damages neoprene and glued seams.
