Lycra Rashguard for Summer Water and Beach Activities
The O’Neill Basic Skins Lycra is a short-sleeve, tight-fitting rashguard with UPF 50+ sun protection. It is designed for swimming, surfing, kitesurfing, SUP, kayaking, sailing, and relaxed walks along the beach. It is an excellent choice for safe sun exposure during all summer activities in and around the water.
For comparison, a regular cotton T-shirt provides only around UPF 5 protection.
Reliable UV Protection for Your Skin
The O’Neill Basic Skins Lycra offers dependable sun protection without the need for constant sunscreen application. It protects the skin from UVB rays that cause sunburn as well as UVA rays that contribute to long-term skin damage and premature aging.
The fabric blocks at least 98% of UVB rays and 95% of UVA rays, making it a practical and effective solution for extended time in the sun.
