How I lost cca 700€:
First, I'm not the SUP newbie. I own three other SUPs (AquaMarina) for almos a decade and I know what the SUP should look and feel like. Now, DON'T ever, ever, ever buy Gladiator SUPs. Very, very poor quality. Three SUPs were defected (rocker curve was too much bent - like a banana) and twice I got a replacement. Last time they offered me a replacement (again!). I had to destroy the SUP like two times before and send them a photo. I did that (actually my wife because I was working), but didn't photograph the serial number in the clear way. So, although it is clearly visible that the finbox and valve area were cut off from the Gladiator Pro SUP the Gladiator company didn't accept it as a proof. Meantime my wife threw away the destroyed SUP because of small space in our holiday house. So now I feel robbed. No money, and no SUP!!! Do not buy anything from Gladiator - their paddles are joke too - even the most expensive carbon one. Clamps break because of a poor quality screws. Anyway, Bananaway people were very kind and patient, but Gladiator is a big NO NO! There are few more things to say about overall Gladiator experience, and if anyone wants to know more feel free to contact me [****]
Super internetna stran, super navodila za uporabo. Pelje se super, točno to kar sem iskal. Kvaliteta izdelave pa očitno ni ok. Profil za smernik se je odlepil po 2,5 tednih uporabe. In plastični smernik je začelo kriviti v eno stran. Verjetno zaradi notranjih napetosti v plastiki. SUP čuvamo, ga vsak dan pospravimo v senco pri prikolici, nasedli nismo, ko je bil SUP obremenjen. Dobro kak dotik s smernikom na kamenčkih se že zgodi, ko se ga daje v vodo, vendar to ne more biti vzrok težav. Skratka po dobrih dveh tednih je zdaj na dopustu neuporaben. :(
Odlična zadeva, na vodi si hiter in stabilen. Priporočam vsem ki si želijo malo več raziskovanja in uživanja v rekreaciji.
I got myself the Gladiator 12’6 Pro T paddleboard and I have to say – it’s absolutely amazing. Fast, stable, tracks perfectly, and even on longer trips the ride is smooth and comfortable. It responds great to each stroke, glides effortlessly on the water, and thanks to the carbon paddle and lightweight construction, the whole experience is pure joy.
The build quality is top-notch – the board feels very durable, yet remains impressively light. You can tell it’s a premium touring model, perfect for those who want to go further and faster, without worrying about balance or stability.
